During a recent travel to Vietnam, this gorgeous handmade jewelry box caught our eye. The detail and time that goes into making these beautiful boxes is unbelievable. This is a must have for any jewelry owner who wants to store their jewelry and have an amazing piece of art.

This item is made up of black lacquered wood and the top is inlaid with mother of pearl in a flower pattern. The mother of pearl is hand carved using very fine hand saws. Then the mother of pearl is hand painted to add the detail to the flowers. The inside of the jewelry box is lined with red velvet and has a mirror the length of the top lid, bordered with red velvet.

The outside of this item measures 7 inches long by 3 1/2 inches wide. The inside of this item meausres 6 1/4 inches long by 2 2/3 inches wide.

This item is handmade in Vietnam by skilled craftsmen.
